You may delete your account from within the eSIM Travel app by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting the "Delete Account" option.
Please review the following important information before proceeding:
Permanent Deletion:
Once you confirm deletion, your account and all associated data — including eSIM profiles, top-up history, usage logs, and saved preferences — will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
eSIM Deactivation:
Any active or unused eSIM profiles associated with your account will be deactivated and removed. These cannot be recovered once deletion is completed.
Subscription Management:
If you have an active subscription, we strongly recommend canceling your plan via Google Play before initiating the deletion process to avoid future charges.
Data Removal Timeline:
Your account data will first move to trash for up to 30 days, then be deleted from our active servers and backups within a total of 90 days.
