6. Data Management After Deletion
In the eSIM Travel app, we offer the option to move certain data to trash. Any data you move to trash while your account is active will remain accessible in the trash for up to 30 days, depending on the type of data and usage. After this period, the data becomes inaccessible through the app and is deleted from our active servers within the next 30 days.
We also maintain secure backups of our application databases, which are retained for an additional 30 days. As a result, any trashed data is permanently deleted from all systems and logs within 90 days from the original deletion.
If you choose to cancel your eSIM Travel account, all associated personal data is deleted as part of the account deletion process. You can initiate this process at any time through our Account Deletion page.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside of your own, where data protection laws may differ. We take measures to ensure your information is safeguarded appropriately.
