These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eSIM Travel, including any content, functionality, and services provided through the Android application (the “App”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- If using the App on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
The App enables users to access, purchase, manage, and activate eSIM cards for mobile data, voice, and text services on compatible devices. Services may include but are not limited to:
- Purchasing eSIM data plans
- Managing eSIM profiles
- Accessing customer support and account tools
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Device Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM functionality and is network-unlocked. While the App may list compatible devices, you must verify compatibility before purchasing. We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported or incompatible devices.
5. Purchases and Payments
- All purchases made through the App are governed by the pricing and terms shown at the time of transaction.
- Payments are processed via third-party providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.
- All purchases are final, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy (see Section 6).
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds may only be granted in the event of activation failure caused by our error.

- No refunds are provided for unused data or expired eSIMs.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, logos, and trademarks within the App are the property of eSIM Travel or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial use.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the functionality, availability, or reliability of the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIM Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted on the App. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
